Upon account closure for reasons other than a player's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, after deduction of any outstanding applicable fees. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
